Halo Conference and Events utilising Hampshire Suppliers in new seasonal menu
The Award Winning Chef Team at Halo Conference and Events, catering and hospitality providers for Southampton Football Club, have released a new Autumn/Winter menu, which highlights the fantastic local produce that Hampshire have to offer.
The menu includes Wiltshire Gammon from Wessex Country Gammons, Hot Smoked Trout from Fordling smoke house in Awbridge near Romsey and many more. The chef team have been creating innovative ways to put Hampshire on the map, as a supplier for quality produce.
Head Chef, Aryton Proctor, stated the importance of using local produce:
‘I am proud to use local produce and support the local farmers and suppliers I think the quality is by far and above what else is available on the market.
I have visited many of the local farms over the last few months and find it very humbling seeing these small producers creating such great products right on our doorstep.’
